Wedding photography has no second chance. To make sure you get beautiful wedding photos, you'll want to hire someone who has lots of experience and knows how to get those shots under pressure, someone who is a seasoned professional with the technical expertise and styles you like, someone who truly cares about what you want to achieve with your wedding photography. Wedding photography is our passion and not just a job.

What sets me apart is my ability to make my clients feel relaxed and comfortable in front of my camera. This is the overwhelming feedback I received from my brides and grooms.

Ahh, let’s start with some coffee and talk about your wedding plan and goals. We will also work together in a real photography session like your engagement session. Of course, we will also communicate through email/text/call as often as you need.

One of the best ways is to work closely together in a real photography session like your engagement session. I have worked well with brides and grooms with different personalities and preferences, and I guarantee to create beautiful images for you while you enjoy the process!

One of the overwhelming feedbacks I get from my clients is “You made us feel so relaxed and comfortable!” This is imperatively important because only when you feel relaxed and comfortable can you show your genuine emotions and true beauty in your photos. Couples repeatedly told me at or soon after the engagement session that I made them feel like a million bucks!

By the time the wedding day arrives, my clients feel more like friends and that creates a safe and relaxed environment for photography!

I do a lot of extras to help you prepare for your big day as we have helped so many brides and grooms just like you since 2006.  As soon as we sign the contract, you will receive an email with detailed timeline from then on till the final product delivery, so that you will know what to expect and when to expect them.  You will also receive my 30-day communication with lots of expert tips and suggestions to help you prepare for your big day, as well as a sample wedding day timeline. I’ll be delighted to help you customize your wedding day timeline giving you an added photography perspective.

I will coordinate with your other key vendors before the wedding.  I have always worked well with other vendors as I strive for our common goal to make your wedding day stress free and most enjoyable.

Although since 2006 I've photographed and am very experienced in many different styles, I do what you like and not what I want. Photojournalism with a relaxed, fun and natural approach has been our clients’ favorite.

Your wedding is your show! I'm honored to be there to capture your special moments.

My approach is both interactive and discreet.  I shoot in an unobtrusive manner and remains in the background for the majority of the day. There will be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there, such as the ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc. There will also be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish your goals while staying on schedule.  I’m very comfortable directing a large group such as during family portraits.  I work well under pressure and remain calm should the unexpected happen.

I use top-of-the-line Canon cameras and lenses along with on and off-camera lighting setups.  I always bring lots of backups to every wedding.

If you want the best pictures, hire someone who uses top-quality equipment. A true professional will arrive at your wedding prepared with multiple cameras, lenses and lightings. Equipment does malfunction and break down from time to time. There is no second chance at your wedding. Nothing would be worse than for the photographer to miss half of your wedding because his camera or lens broke or malfunctioned, and he didn’t have a spare. I bring multiple cameras, lenses and lighting equipment to every wedding.

Both. This is such an important question because it will really determine how flexible and experienced a photographer is while shooting your wedding. Since the lighting at wedding venues can change unpredictably, from harsh midday sun to dim candle lights, you would want a photographer who shoots both natural and artificial lighting. Choosing one or the other is like a Carpenter saying he only uses a hammer or a saw for the job.  Different lights are just  different tools.  I use them all to get the job done right and beautifully.

Yes, ALL pictures will be retouched.  You will receive all high resolution finished digital images with a copyright release to allow you to print your own pictures and share them on social media without any extra cost to you.

Yes. You should require a contract from your photographer that details what services they will be providing, pricing, termination resolution terms, etc. A contract is created for your protection, and for the wedding photographer’s protection. It is best to hire a photographer that will build a contract with you, and be wary of photographers that won’t.

Yes. Professional wedding photographers should have the proper insurance for their business. If a wedding photographer does not have insurance, chances are he is new to the industry or not taking his business seriously.

Yes. Someone who keeps up with the latest technology and information in the industry is serious and passionate about his work, which will show in the photographs and how he works with you. I have been a proud member of Professional Photographers of America, PPA for over a decade.

Yes, I will be happy to and have always done that for other couples. This is such a great question yet very few asked! A good photographer should help plan the photo aspect of the day to make sure everything flows smoothly. The last thing you want to do is to be rushed on your wedding day. A seasoned photographer should also point out various things that can come up that you wouldn’t think about during planning the timeline for your wedding day. A great photographer should also know when the best light is, and schedule your photos during “golden hour lighting” if possible.

Your wedding photographer will shadow you on your wedding day and you want to make sure he’s the right fit before you sign him.  Face-to-face meetings and working together in a real photography session such as engagement session are great ways to find out if we work well together.

Also check out reviews from past brides and grooms. We’re humbled and grateful to have won the WeddingWire Couple’s Choice awards 7 years in a row (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022), an award voted by brides and grooms and given to top 5% wedding professionals nationwide.

You will invest thousands of dollars on a dress, a venue, flowers, decorations ... for only one day. However, ultimately your photographs will be the only things you will have to remember and show for that one day for the rest of your life. Long after the last dance has ended, the music faded, the cake cut and the guests headed home, what remains are your wedding photographs.  While your flowers may only last for a few hours, your wedding photography is one of the only wedding investments you make that will last a lifetime. More than likely, your wedding photographs will become one of your most prized possessions and be passed down to future generations.

You will likely remember very little of your wedding, and the only reminder of your wedding will be the beautiful images captured and created by your invaluable professional wedding photographer. You will use these images to reminisce that wonderful day in your life. We will work together for a few hours on your wedding day, but the results will last forever.

So invest in an Artist to tell your story!  Choose your photographer carefully because you will relive your most wonderful day of your life through his lens, his photographic skills and his artistic creativity.  To have the best possible photography is the only way to protect your other investments, because your photographs will outlast everything you invest for that day!

There are so many but here are top 5:

1) Your desire is my goal!  I truly care about what you want for wedding photography.  It's utmost important to me that what you desire can be achieved through my style, technical skills, experience and artistic creativity. I want you not only to be thrilled with the final wedding photos, but also enjoy the process along the way. Your satisfaction is my number one priority.

I’d be honored to be your wedding photographer. You will not only get my experience, my skills and my artistic creativity but also my heart, my soul and my empathy!

I want to give you heirloom quality pictures that you will proudly put on your mantle above the fireplace or hang on your walls for everyone to see!

2) You can relax.  Although I strive for best quality photography, I'm laid back and calm in my approach. I go with the flow and won't try to run your wedding. I know how hectic and stressful a wedding day can be. My experience and professionalism will allow you to relax and enjoy your wedding day. I may make some suggestions during the day, such as where to stand for the cake cutting, but I'm not a control freak at all.

3) You won’t find a harder working photographer for your wedding! So many guests told the brides that they had never seen anyone working as hard as me at weddings.  I will do almost anything to make your wedding day smoother and most enjoyable.

4) You deserve the best!  I use the best cameras and lenses available with multiple backups. At an once-in-a-life-time event like wedding, there is no second chance, so having backups, just in case is a must.

5) You will feel like a million bucks!  In my 16 yeas of being a professional wedding photographer, I have worked with lots of brides just like you.  However, I quickly noticed a pattern that emerged.  Despite they are all beautiful in their own ways, they almost always said they were not beautiful, or not beautiful enough.

I didn’t know what’s going on in their lives, I didn’t understand why they struggled with feeling beautiful, whatever gave them the self-doubt, whoever was judging them, treating them unfairly or leaving them out…

However, once I started working with them using my creative system I've developed over the years.  Overwhelmingly they would tell me I made them feel comfortable.  Because they felt comfortable, they in term showed their beauty in a natural way.  And during the engagement shoot or soon afterwards, they would tell me I made them feel like a million bucks, I gave them confidence, and they cried tears of joy when they saw their pictures.  They showed their pictures to their families and friends beaming with pride.

These are the same brides, moments earlier struggled with self-doubt, but now they feel beautiful, maybe for the first time or the first time in a long time.

I decided this is the gift I wanted to give to all my brides, and to you!  An intangible gift through the tangible photographs.
To show you that you are beautiful enough, classy enough, you matter, you are seen, you belong and you’re worth it!
